Suburb Profile - Manning

MANNING

The leafy near- river suburb of Manning is bound by riverside Salter Point to the south and Como to the north.

The area comprises approximately 1400 properties, with a mixture of older style homes, and modern medium-density redevelopment.

Many of the original 1940’s “war service” homes have been extensively upgraded and extended, while others have been demolished to make way for new, high quality homes. The area features many parks and sporting reserves, and is extremely popular with young families with children attending nearby schools, including Aquinas College, Manning Primary, St Pius X Catholic School, Como Secondary College and Penrhos Ladies College. Curtin University is also nearby.

The city centre is just a short drive away via Manning Road and Kwinana Freeway.

Manning is still a relatively undiscovered secret and is very competitively priced in comparison to other suburbs a similar distance from the City. It is the ideal place for young couples and families to build their future.
